Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy in GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.

The role involves monthly reporting, financial statements, and close processes, with a focus on compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting reporting

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on full-set accounting and month-end close.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Company Background:
Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Description (JD)

• Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and financial statements accurately and on time.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations and related financial procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, daily banking transactions and payment arrangements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing and collection follow-ups.
• Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, inventory valuation and financial planning.
• Coordinate annual audit activities and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks and relevant government authorities.
• Ensure financial transactions and accounting practices comply with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, financial documents and supporting vouchers for audit and reporting purposes.
• Assist with tax submissions and other financial compliance matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures, internal controls and financial reporting processes.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements (JR)

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in full-set accounting and month-end closing is required.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
