Job summary

MASS Intelligent Provider Sdn Bhd, established in Malaysia, is seeking a Finance Executive to manage full set accounting including GL, AR, AP and bank reconciliation. The role involves daily P&L monitoring, payroll-related payments, and preparing timely reports for management.

You will work with cross-department colleagues to resolve discrepancies, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and maintain accurate filing systems. Prior invoicing and budgeting experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full set of accounting (GL/AR/AP).
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
• Experience in preparing management reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP and bank reconciliation independently.
• Monitor daily accounting events and P&L, petty cash, cash flow, staff claims and payments.
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports for management review.

Job description

Handle full set account including GL, AR, AP and Bank reconciliation independently.

Responsible for daily accounting event PNL monitoring, Petty Cash, Cash Flow, monthly staff claim payments & weekly payments.

Preparing monthly, weekly and daily reports for Management review purposes.

Ensuring event expenses in PNL are within approved budget.

Work closely and communicate with other colleagues from other department to resolve any discrepancies in relationship to the book entry, invoicing, progress payment.

Dealing with bank officers on any matters relating to bank transactions.

Issue payment voucher, Invoices, DO, Quotation - Liaising with auditors, tax agent and Company Secretaries.

Making sure all Audits and Taxation is done timely and accordingly.

Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.

Other accounting ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
