Candidates should have 2–4 years in accounting or finance and be proficient with accounting software.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in financial services.
• End-to-end understanding of GL and accounting flow.
• Strong attention to detail with numbers and routine tasks.
• Experience with accounting software (SQL, Xero, QuickBooks or similar).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping for KL-based operations.
• Monitor and execute treasury and cash management operations.
• Handle full set of accounts for smaller subsidiaries and manage year-end audits.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements.
• Work closely with other branches for reporting and consolidation.
• Prepare internal reports and schedules for management as needed.
• Help maintain compliance-related financial records (audit trail, supporting documents).
