Job summary

AEM Microtronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage inventory costing and fixed assets. You will coordinate stock counts, track material movements, and ensure SAP records reflect true positions.

You will work with Operations Leaders on cost absorption, verify asset records, and maintain asset registers at CM sites. Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in accounting/finance is required and SAP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Basic SAP-MM and SAP-CO knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable with numbers and reconciliations.
• Exposure to inventory management or cost accounting is a plus.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct periodic physical stock counts at CM premises and prepare count sheets.
• Track and reconcile consigned materials at CM locations; ensure SAP reflects accurate stock positions.
• Monitor material transfers to/from CM and verify receipts, issues, and returns.
• Coordinate with CM on stock queries, schedules, and data discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of company assets at CM premises.
• Maintain register of assets located at CM site and track movements, additions, disposals.
• Own all finance-related tasks for CM operations.
• Work with Operations Leaders to review and update build hours for cost absorption.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Ad-hoc task when assigned by Superior

Job requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Basic knowledge or exposure in SAP-MM, SAP-CO is a plus

Comfortable with numbers and reconciliations

Exposure to inventory management or cost accounting is a plus
