Job summary

AEM Holdings Ltd. in Singapore, with operations across Asia, seeks a Finance/Cost Accountant to manage stock counts and cost-relevant finance tasks at CM premises. You will maintain asset registers and ensure SAP reflects accurate stock and cost data.

Responsibilities include periodic asset verification, standard cost updates, and cost absorption reviews in collaboration with operations leaders. A hands-on role for a detail-oriented finance professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Basic knowledge or exposure in SAP-MM and SAP-CO is a plus.
• Comfortable with numbers and reconciliations.
• Exposure to inventory management or cost accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct periodic physical stock counts at CM premises; prepare count sheets and compile results.
• Track and reconcile consigned materials at CM locations; ensure SAP reflects accurate stock positions.
• Monitor material transfers to/from CM; verify receipts, issues, and returns are properly recorded.
• Coordinate with CM on stock queries, count schedules, and data discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of company-owned assets at CM premises.
• Maintain register of assets located at CM site; track movements, additions, disposals.
• Own all finance-related tasks for Contract Manufacturing (CM) operations.
• Assist to update Standard Cost for Singapore Entity.
• Work with Operations Leaders to review and update build hours for cost absorption.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks when assigned by supervisor.
