Qualifications

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable.
• Monitor outstanding payables and follow up on overdue balances.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and management reports.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and other relev parties when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock records are accurate and up to date.
• Record and verify stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system quantities.
• Investigate inventory variances, shortages, damages, and obsolete stock.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and finance teams to maintain proper inventory records.
• Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving or excess inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all inventory

This role encompasses Finance & Accounting and Inventory Control responsibilities, requiring expertise in financial transaction processing, vendor management, and inventory oversight.

Key responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable .

Monitor outstanding payables and follow up on overdue balances.

Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and management reports.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records.

Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and other relev parties when required.

Inventory Control
