AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is assisting a client in seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join its Shared Services Finance team with responsibilities across Singapore and Malaysia.

The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, timely payments, vendor reconciliations and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls. Ideal candidates hold a relevant accounting degree with 2–5 years AP experience and ERP proficiency.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume shared services environment.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or multinational companies is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or accounts payable systems.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or LCCI will be an added advantage.

• Prepare weekly or bi-weekly payment runs and ensure timely payments in accordance with vendor credit terms.
• Handle vendor payment enquiries, reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies, missing purchase orders and payment issues by coordinating with internal departments.
• Perform AP reconciliations, prepare ageing reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Account Payable Executive - Logistics / Shared Service

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join its Shared Services Finance team. The successful candidate will support accounts payable operations across the Singapore and Malaysia cluster, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, vendor reconciliations and compliance with internal financial controls.

Responsibilities

Review and process vendor invoices, perform 3-way matching and ensure accurate posting into the accounting system.

Prepare weekly or bi-weekly payment runs and ensure timely payments in accordance with vendor credit terms.

Handle vendor payment enquiries, reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate vendor records.

Requirements
