Job summary

Zinc Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking a diligent Accounts Associate to support end-to-end financial processes.

You will manage accounts receivable and payable, reconcile bank statements, and help maintain the general ledger while collaborating with multiple teams. Fluent Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; experience with ERP systems (EXO preferred) and strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Proficiency required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in AR and AP functions within a varied accounts role.
• Bachelor degree in Business or Commerce or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems (EXO ideal).
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End to end accounts receivable processing.
• Assist with end to end accounts payable processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor registrations, and other admin tasks.
• Coordinate with account services and other teams to manage the general ledger.
• Assist to manage and update the ERP system.
• Engage in ad hoc projects and other duties as required.
• Assist with audit and tax reporting.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• End to end account receivables
• Assist with end to end account payables
• Complete bank reconciliation, vendor registration, other admin related tasks
• Liaise with account services and other teams to manage the Company's general ledger
• Assist to manage and continually update ERP System
• Adhoc project work and other duties as necessary
• Assisting with audit and tax reporting

Requirements

• Able to speak and read in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (required)
• Experience in a varied accounts role with both AR and AP functions
• Bachelor of Business or Commerce
• Experience with ERP systems (EXO ideal)Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills - across internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to quickly develop good relationships
