The Finance role focuses on daily accounting activities across AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, fixed assets and intercompany transactions, with SAP as a central tool. You will support budgeting, reporting, audits and statutory obligations, while driving process

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experienced in commercial finance or shared services experience.
• Experienced in SAP Finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of OneStream is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and forecasts using SAP.

• Prepare and maintain work procedures and participate in system enhancement projects.
• Perform ad-hoc finance tasks and system testing as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, collections and employee expenses.

Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and forecasts using SAP.

Support budgeting activities, including data collection, cost allocation and budget submission.

Assist with audit, tax and statutory reporting by preparing relevant documents and information.

Prepare and update cash flow reports.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and automation.

Prepare and maintain work procedures and participate in system enhancement projects.

Perform ad-hoc finance tasks and system testing as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experienced in commercial finance or shared services experience.

Experienced in SAP Finance modules.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Knowledge of OneStream is an added advantage.

Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
