• Experience in full set accounting is required.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience with AutoCount integration is a plus.
• UAT testing experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules and support the annual audit process
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records
• Manage and forecast cash flow to support business planning
• Monitor daily accounting and finance transactions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Liaise with auditors and other relevant parties when required
• Support accounting system implementation and integration
• Participate in UAT for system enhancements and new features
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows

Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL

Prepare and maintain audit schedules and support the annual audit process

Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records

Manage and forecast cash flow to support business planning

Monitor daily accounting and finance transactions

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Liaise with auditors and other relevant parties when required

Support accounting system implementation and integration

Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system enhancements and new features

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows

About you

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Relevant experience in full set accounting is required

Experience in Accounting Firm and/or F&B industry is highly preferred

Good knowledge of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and cash flow management

Experience in Auto Count accounting system integration is an added advantage

UAT testing experience is required

Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
