LINGLONG ESSENCE FOODS AND BEVERAGES SDN.BHD. is seeking a Finance Executive to join our team and support the company’s finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling a full set of accounts and be comfortable working with accounting systems and process improvements. Key responsibilities include managing AP, AR and GL, preparing audit schedules, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, month-end closing, liaising with auditors, and

Formación

• Experience in full set accounting is required.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience with AutoCount integration is a plus.
• UAT testing experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules and support the annual audit process
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records
• Manage and forecast cash flow to support business planning
• Monitor daily accounting and finance transactions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Liaise with auditors and other relevant parties when required
• Support accounting system implementation and integration
• Participate in UAT for system enhancements and new features
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows
