Job summary

9R Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finance Executive based in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 1–3 years of relevant experience and is proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. ACCA/ICAEW/CPA is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a cooperative attitude.
• Understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations is advantageous.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, ICAEW, or CPA is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining financial records, including journals, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Supporting the audit process by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintaining financial records and ensuring proper filing and documentation systems are in place.
• Performing general bookkeeping duties and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join 9R Management Sdn. Bhd. in a full-time capacity based in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. This role is pivotal to our financial operations and will see you taking responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. As a finance executive, you will play a crucial part in supporting management decision-making through timely and reliable financial reporting.

What you’ll be doing
