Job summary

HASILWAN (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a finance professional to manage the full set of accounts and support daily accounting operations. You will prepare financial statements, reports, and assist with AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and GL activities.

The role involves cash flow monitoring, liaising with auditors and external parties, and contributing to internal control improvements. A Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with ACCA/MIA or equivalent as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• ACCA/MIA or equivalent is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Acumatica and Unity is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin knowledge is a plus.

• Identify and assist in resolving accounting and operational issues.
• Perform other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Candidates pursuing or holding professional qualifications such as ACCA, MIA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance will have an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Experience with accounting systems such as Acumatica and Unity will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive working attitude, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or additional languages will be an advantage.
