Zohorecruit is seeking a Finance & Costing Analyst for our client in Seri Iskandar, Perak. The role partners with plant leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requires strong Excel, SAP experience, and Power BI skills; English fluency and cross-functional collaboration are essential. On-site role with relocation considerations and 13th month salary.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in audit or 4+ years in manufacturing finance/costing.

Aufgaben

• Budgeting & forecasting: monthly/quarterly forecasts; CAPEX/OPEX; update reporting systems.
• Financial analysis & control: track expenses and KPIs; perform variance analysis.
• Product costing: run mass costing; support NPD/NPI with R&D and sourcing.
• Inventory management: monitor provisions; ensure SAP data accuracy.
• Month-end closing: reconcile shipments to COGS; process WIP; prepare OPEX accruals.
• Continuous improvement: run ad-hoc P&L simulations; drive governance.
