Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Finance & Business Operations Specialist (Hybrid) in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, and profitability analysis for the Staffing BU while managing full-set accounting, treasury, and regional reporting with SG and ID.

Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, margin optimization, SST compliance, vendor onboarding, and monthly consultant commission processing, with on‑the‑job orientation for EOR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, ACCA, or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of progressive finance experience with full‑set accounting.
• Experience in treasury/cash management and money market investments.
• Strong MS Excel and FP&A modeling skills; multi-currency know‑how.
• Experience with SST filings, payroll operations, and vendor onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Staffing BU budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning across desks.
• Analyze unit economics, CAC/LTV, and desk profitability.
• Perform monthly P&L variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee full-set accounting including AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, and money market investments.
• Handle SST filings and statutory compliance; lead vendor onboarding, invoicing, and credit control.
