Zohorecruit is seeking an FP&A Analyst / Senior Analyst in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, offering a hybrid role with 2 days work-from-home. You will support finance business partnering, prepare forecasts and budgets, and build financial models to assess new initiatives.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in FP&A or equivalent.
• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to handle ambiguity and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide Finance Business Partnering support with timely analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual budget; review assumptions.
• Develop financial models and review business cases for initiatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate finance/closing activities with performance analysis.
• Provide variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast and report findings.
