Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Finance & Costing Analyst for our Seri Iskandar facility in Perak. You will partner with plant leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, product costing and cost controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and deliver accurate financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an audit firm, or at least 4 years of finance/costing experience in manufacturing.
Based in Perak or willing to relocate locally for on-site work.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced modeling techniques.
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems in manufacturing context.
Fluent in English with strong cross-functional communication.
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is a plus.

Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: drive monthly/quarterly forecasts and CAPEX/OPEX analysis.
Financial Analysis & Control: track expenses, KPI analysis, variance reporting, headcount forecasting.
Product Costing: run mass costing, support NPD/NPI with R&D and sourcing teams.
Inventory Management: monitor provisions, mitigate excess/obsolete stock, SAP data accuracy.
Month-End Closing: reconcile shipments to COGS, process WIP settlements, GL analysis, OPEX accruals.
Continuous Improvement: support financial governance and process improvements.
