Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related quantitative field.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• 4–5 years in performance management, management reporting or strategic financial analysis.
• Experience from Big 4 or audit firms encouraged; strong data storytelling to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Opex closing, reporting, and management presentations.
• Conduct cost allocation and manage shared service computations.
• Analyze variance (actual vs budget vs forecast) and provide insightful cost management slides.
• Coordinate and consolidate bankwide annual budget and quarterly forecast with cost-reduction mandates.
• Manage the Month-End Flash (MEF) and validate late adjustments, accrual reversals, and opex recovery entries.
• Track and evaluate Capital Expenditure Requests (CER), depreciation projections, and Capex budget submissions.
• Post-Project Implementation Reviews (PPIR) to validate ROI against targets.
• Secretariat for the Tender Review Committee (TRC) and Capital Expenditure Request Committee (CERC).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project delivery remains on track.
• Involve in the system development and enhancement for Finance Projects.
• Maintain and optimize ERP and EPM systems.
• Resolve ERP & EPM technical issues and support system users.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related quantitative discipline
