Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a finance professional to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic cost management. The role focuses on Opex control, cost allocation and high-quality management presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in performance management or strategic financial analysis.
Strong data storytelling abilities and track record delivering insights to senior leadership.
Background in financial analysis across budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Experience with ERP/EPM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly Opex closing, reporting, and management presentations.
Conduct cost allocation and manage shared service computations.
Analyze variances (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and prepare cost management slides for the Management Committee.
Coordinate and consolidate bankwide annual budget and quarterly forecasts with group cost-reduction mandates.
Manage Month-End Flash (MEF) including validation of late adjustments and accrual reversals.
Track and evaluate Capital Expenditure Requests (CER) and depreciation projections.
Maintain and optimize ERP and EPM systems; support system users.
