Formación

• Experience in financial governance and reporting processes.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and tax obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare management reports, cash flow variance analyses, and 3-month forecasts.
• Develop yearly budgeted P&L, cash flow, and group loan schedules; review audited and monthly management accounts.
• Present P&L and financial updates to the board; liaise with auditors, bankers, and tax agents.
• Oversee cash handling, approvals of invoices and vouchers, and ensure accurate recording.
