Job summary

IBRACO BERHAD in Kuching is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring and banking arrangements, ensuring efficient funding and timely reporting.

You will coordinate with banks, auditors and internal stakeholders, maintain banking documentation, support budgeting and project analysis, and drive process improvements across treasury functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or senior financial position.
• Possess professional certifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and lead subordinates effectively.
• Proactive, responsible with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, fund transfers, and cash commitments.
• Administer and monitor banking facilities, HDA accounts, financing applications, renewals, and tender-related financial documentation.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with banking terms, financing covenants, annual banking reviews, and proper maintenance of banking documentation.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, in-house company secretaries, internal stakeholders, and regulators on financing and treasury matters.
• Drive continuous improvements in treasury processes, cash flow reporting, financing administration, and monitoring systems.
