MVC Resources in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, seeks a Financial Controller to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting, ensuring Bursa Malaysia listing compliance and strong governance. The role drives consolidation, statutory reporting, tax and corporate secretarial matters while partnering with leadership to support growth with robust financial controls.

You will lead a high-performing team, provide strategic financial insights, and strengthen governance to meet regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA or MIA preferred for professional qualification.
• 10–12 years of finance experience.
• Strong expertise in consolidation, Bursa compliance, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounts, consolidation, corporate secretarial and tax matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements and Bursa compliance reporting.
• Oversee consolidation of group accounts and alignment with accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to support operations and strategy.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness and governance practices.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Develop accurate forecasts to support growth and efficiency.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide scenario planning and financial modelling to support decision-making.
