Warner Music Group seeks a Finance Controller for ANZSEA to lead regional financial reporting, intercompany financing, and tax compliance across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. The role demands independent problem solving and strong stakeholder engagement with regional leaders.

The candidate will oversee statutory audits, governance, and a regional treasury function, partnering with the Corporate Treasury team to optimize capital structure and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification required (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive financial controllership, audit, or tax leadership in multinational environments.
• Experience in IP-intensive industries (music/entertainment) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure financial reporting aligns with US GAAP and coordinate with SSC for accurate reporting.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, loans, and cross-border funding with transfer pricing compliance.
• Lead tax filing, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance across SEA regions.
• Manage corporate governance, director liabilities, and statutory registrations.
• Oversee finance systems transformation, ERP implementations, upgrades, and BI needs.
