Randstad Malaysia invites a seasoned Regional Financial Controller to lead statutory audits, risk governance, and financial reporting across APAC. You will bridge Group Finance with local teams and auditors to ensure timely and accurate filings and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• CA/CPA/ACCA qualification highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years regional financial controllership experience.
• Background in the advertising industry is highly preferred.
• Strong IFRS and regional local GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of APAC statutory audits across the region.
• Coordinate with Group auditors and Finance team on key deliverables.
• Collaborate with local finance teams for data collection and reporting.
• Work with Group Legal, Corporate Secretarial, and Tax for filings.
• Prepare reconciliations of management results to audited accounts.
• Track audit adjustments in monthly results.
• Implement IFRS and local GAAP, and update policies.
• Drive risk management and corporate governance processes.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a high-performance culture.
