Job summary

Regus Management in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager – Finance Compliance to lead statutory reporting, tax compliance, and corporate compliance across Malaysia and Oman. This hands-on role requires strong ownership and robust collaboration with the Global Shared Centre in Manila and external advisors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, tax, audit or compliance, with experience managing multiple entities in a regional or multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, tax, audit, finance administration or compliance.
• Strong experience in statutory audit, tax compliance, finance administration and corporate compliance is required.
• Experience managing multiple countries and a high volume of legal entities is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a shared service, regional finance or multinational environment is highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of statutory accounting, corporate tax, indirect tax and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory audit and financial reporting across entities and countries.
• Coordinate audit plans, information requests and deliverables with auditors and finance teams.
• Oversee corporate secretarial compliance and regulatory filings.
• Oversee direct/indirect tax compliance and tax filings across countries.
• Manage relationships with external providers and GSC, ensure timely, quality deliverables.
