Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in tax compliance or related field is required.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate global compliance processes with local accounting to give clients visibility and control over domestic/global compliance and reporting.
• Ensure high quality work delivered to clients.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues as appropriate.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to develop professionally.
• Assist in engagements and manage engagement economics (staffing, fees, issues).
• Contribute to business development and build internal relationships across tax and other services.
