Job summary

IWG plc in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Manager – Finance Compliance to deliver statutory reporting, tax compliance, and corporate secretarial functions across multiple entities and countries. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and collaborates with the Global Shared Centre in Manila and external providers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, tax, audit, or compliance, with strong Excel skills and experience managing external auditors in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related discipline.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualification desirable.
• Strong written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory audit and financial reporting for a portfolio of entities.
• Coordinate audit timelines, information requests and deliverables with auditors and internal teams.
• Oversee corporate secretarial compliance including annual returns and regulatory filings.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance across assigned countries.
• Collaborate with GSC in Manila and external advisors on technical matters and audits.
• Monitor compliance calendars and escalate issues as needed.
