Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Consultant (Finance Automation) in Kuala Lumpur to drive finance transformation through automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to design innovative solutions and work with cross-functional teams to implement technologies that improve efficiency and user experience.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in finance automation platforms, a degree in IT/CS/Finance/Engineering, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, Finance, BIS, Engineering or related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in finance automation platforms.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with Agile or Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and others to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes through AI, intelligent automation, workflow technologies, analytics, and digital solutions.
Support solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancement activities.
Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials for solution adoption.
Ensure solution quality through testing, governance, and issue resolution.
Drive adoption of new technologies and contribute to Siemens' AI strategy.
