Job summary

Siemens Mobility's Global Business Services in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Solution Consultant (Finance Automation) to drive finance transformation through automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, design scalable automation, and implement technologies that improve efficiency and support business growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure solution delivery, create documentation, and enable users.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
2–3 years of experience with finance automation platforms (e.g., Process Director, PEGA, Redwood, or similar).
Experience with AI technologies, generative AI, intelligent document processing, or related tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, scrum masters, QA, and other teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes through automation and analytics.
Support solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
