Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Consultant (Finance Automation) to drive finance transformation through automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with Siemens Operating Companies, GBS customers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement technologies that improve efficiency and user experience.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS/Finance/BIS/Engineering, 2–3 years in finance automation platforms, and knowledge of SAP/ERP.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, Finance, BIS or engineering.
2–3 years in finance automation platforms.
Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes through AI, automation, analytics and digital solutions.
Support solution design, testing, deployment, adoption and ongoing improvements.
Develop process documentation, user guides, training materials and knowledge-sharing resources.
Ensure solution quality through testing, governance, and issue resolution.
Drive adoption of new technologies and contribute to AI strategy.
