MGCA CAFE MY SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager, Finance to support daily financial operations for the Singapore market. You will assist with financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance across GL, assets, and SST processes.

The role requires a Finance or Accounting degree, experience in retail/QSR, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/ POS systems. You will supervise a small team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Retail/QSR experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and financial software (ERP: Microsoft Dynamics, POS: Oracle).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills; prioritises tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Integrity and discretion with confidential financial information.

Responsabilités

• Process end-to-end General Ledger activities, including journal entries and month-end close.
• Maintain fixed assets and ROU asset registers; prepare related journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable; monitor aging and accruals.
• Perform SST reviews and ensure timely SST filings.
• Assist in financial reporting (balance sheet, P&L, schedules).
• Support compliance and internal controls aligned with policies and standards.
• Liaise with tax agents and support audits with required documents.
• Assist in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
