Shun Shun Technology Sdn.Bhd invites applications for an entry‑level Junior Accountant in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist daily accounting operations, data entry, invoicing, payable/receivable, and month‑end closing support under supervision.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and good English; fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Good English and Mandarin Chinese communication preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily accounting operations and data entry.
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monitor transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organize documents.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with tax submissions, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding invoices and payments.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
