We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance. You will gain hands-on experience in daily finance operations, reporting, and compliance, while working closely with senior team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal postings and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for management review.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, auditors, company secretary) on finance-related matters.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; some relevant internship or work experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount systems is a plus).
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
