Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an accounting support staff to manage day-to-day AR entries, document filing, and preparation of credit notes. The role requires accuracy in data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to work with the sales team on ERP portals.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with at least 6 months of related experience and strong English communication. The position offers training and standard benefits in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in finance or accounting.
• At least 6 months of related work or internship experience.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills.
• Analytical, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• To handle day-to-day accounting entry for AR
• Responsible for filing of documents
• Preparation of Credit Notes
• Perform receipt matching from customer
• Verification on stock returned by customer (RMA)
• Handle customer's B2B portal
• Assist in monthly accounts closing
• Assist in physical stock count for selected entity as and when required
• Data input/update into accounting schedules from time to time
• Liaison with sales person
• Any other duty/task assigned by the company
