Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and proper filing of AR documents
• Prepare claims and billings to customers and related companies timely
• Resolve certification issues and disputes with customers timely, by working with Singapore office
• Follow up closely on customer collections
• Perform timely receipting of customer collections
• Perform monthly debtors reconciliations
• Assist in monthly cash flow forecast
• Assist in interim and final audit
• Any other duties as assigned
