Job summary

Plexus in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Finance Business Partner at our manufacturing site to drive financial leadership, forecast sales and margins, and provide actionable insights on results and performance.

You will lead monthly forecasts, analyze customer profitability, manage risk and cost recovery, and ensure pricing models are properly implemented while maintaining audit readiness.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an Associates Degree is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of related experience is required; 2 years preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze historical results, margins, and forecast plans to set financial goals.
• Lead monthly forecasts for sales and margins and provide weekly updates.
• Understand customer contracts and pricing; lead risk mitigation and cost recovery.
• Support month-end close and ensure audit/compliance readiness.
