Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.
• Analyze key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.
• Monitor and report on capital expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Support senior leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external financial regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems.
