Job summary

Princeton Digital Group (Singapore) SG1 Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a strong analytical FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager to drive group financial planning, consolidated reporting, and strategic analysis for the executive team.

You will develop complex financial models, deliver monthly dashboards and variance commentary, and partner with HQ functions to manage budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• 8–10 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience operating within a corporate headquarters or multinational corporate structure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to draw insights from data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and Planning systems (e.g. Netsuite, Anaplan, Hyperion etc).
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Organized, demonstrate skills in prioritization & multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly rolling forecast cycles across all operating countries
• Develop complex dynamic financial models to project long-term corporate performance
• Establish standardized planning templates and timelines across the group
• Partner with corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal) to manage HQ department budgets
• Prepare and present variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results against forecast/budget/prior year in a timely manner
• Deliver monthly executive reporting packages
• Recommend and drive cost-saving initiatives and help to promote a culture of innovation
• Perform macroeconomic trend analysis and scenario planning for risk mitigation
