Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Malaysia is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to manage banking matters, including account opening, bank-in and loan documentation. You will liaise with banks and the Company Secretary on documents, prepare and coordinate Board Resolutions, assist with statutory submissions, and support AP, AR, G/L and month-end closing while maintaining proper financial records.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 1–3 years’ relevant experience in finance, accounting or corporate support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently
• Willing to work in Kempas Lama, Johor

Responsibilities

• Handle banking matters including account opening, bank-in and loan documentation
• Liaise with banks and Company Secretary on documents and follow-ups
• Prepare and coordinate Board Resolutions and Directors’ Circular Resolutions
• Assist with statutory submissions and corporate documentation
• Support basic AP, AR, General Ledger and month-end closing
• Prepare reports and maintain proper financial records
• Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
