Job summary

Golden Tougen (Malaysia) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Finance professional to manage daily accounting activities and financial reporting. You will handle AP/AR, record transactions, assist monthly closures, and liaise with auditors and banks.

Strong language skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years in related admin roles considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years in admin/renovation/facilities/project coordination is a plus.
• Familiar with accounting software and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia for client communications.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, invoices, vouchers, receipts and other financial documents.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to Management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, suppliers and external parties.
• Ensure records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
