Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior finance professional to lead accounting, budgeting and consolidation across its subsidiaries. The role requires strong analytical skills, independence, and a proactive approach, with exposure to audit firms a plus.

Based in Petaling Jaya, you will oversee taxation, compliance, and the annual budgeting process while coordinating with offshore entities to ensure timely reporting and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• ACCA or CPA qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Independent, proactive and self-starter with audit firm exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group accounting, budgeting and consolidation processes.
• Manage credit control, taxation, and annual tax information preparation.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries on annual budgets and consolidate reporting.
• Ensure internal control systems and tax compliance across entities.

Education

Degree in Accounting/Finance

ACCA/CPA desirable
