Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting functions.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time.
• Perform invoice verification, including 3-way matching against purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Ensure non-PO invoices are approved in accordance with company policies.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Perform monthly vendor and intercompany reconciliations.
• Monitor and follow up on open GRIR items to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure data accuracy.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements.
• Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
