You will ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, staff claims, reconciliations, and master data maintenance while working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and global counterparts. Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time.
Perform invoice verification, including 3-way matching against purchase orders and goods receipts.
Ensure non-PO invoices are approved in accordance with company policies.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Perform monthly vendor and intercompany reconciliations.
Monitor and follow up on open GRIR items to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer master data and ensure data accuracy.
Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements.
Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting functions.
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
