Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Able to work independently with ownership and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data gathering from diverse sources.
• Good communication with external accountants and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and Excel; internship or software exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to use AI tools as part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of the company's accounts and financial records.
• Serve as liaison with outsourced accounting firm and internal team.
• Gather, organize, and compile documents and schedules for financial statements and audits.
• Support completion of FY2026 accounting and audit processes.
• Assist with migrating to a new accounting software and integrations with cloud tools.
• Document streamlined process flows for daily accounting operations.
• Set up AI-powered automation to collect documents and prepare them for accountants.
