Job summary

Aafiyat Marketing Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Account & Finance Intern to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting, invoicing and financial administration.

You will gain hands-on exposure to invoices, data entry, reconciliations and reporting, while learning about month-end processes and financial documentation.

Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with Excel proficiency, attention to detail and a proactive, learn‑fast attitude.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount, SQL Accounting) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and organise invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other financial documents.
• Support data entry and updating of accounting records and spreadsheets.
• Assist with basic account and bank reconciliations.
• Support AP/AR processes, including document checks and record updates.
• Help prepare supporting documents, schedules and reports for finance activities.
• Maintain filing and documentation of financial records.
