Qualifications

• At least a diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Willing to travel to Selayang.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations including documents processing and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in full spectrum of accounting functions including reconciliations (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL) and generate reports; follow up outstanding items.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team and perform any other duties as assigned.
