Job summary

Goh Brothers Capital Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to support daily operations, data entry and the full set of accounts. The role covers the complete accounting spectrum, including reconciliations, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, and monthly closing, with preparation of management reports, budgets and forecasts.

You will handle ad-hoc projects as required and join a growing automotive dealership group.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field; automotive industry background preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good organizers with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver quality work.
Detailed and analytical oriented.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations, including documents processing & data entry and handle full set of accounts.
Assist in full spectrum of accounting function which include reconciliations AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL generate report and follow up outstanding items based account.
Coordinate monthly account closing including supporting schedule and related matters.
Assist in the preparation of data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
Manage ad-hoc projects/ duties/ task as assigned from time to time.
