Job summary

Sf Techlogis Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Accounting Assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform account reconciliations in Kulai, Johor. You will support monthly closing activities and prepare schedules for financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, has good Excel skills, and is accurate and detail-oriented. Familiarity with AutoCount is an advantage. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCount is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Accurate, analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP, AR and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant parties.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting records.
