Job summary

Infobip Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance & Accounting Operations professional to support accounts payable, tax compliance and financial documentation across multiple countries.

You’ll work with the Payment team and local accounting partners to ensure timely processing and accuracy. You’ll prepare withholding tax certificates, distribute electronic tax receipts, collate vendor invoices and assist with reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance or related.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Experience with multi-country tax compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and tax compliance across countries.
• Collaborate with Payment team on payment monitoring and invoice validation.
• Prepare and distribute electronic tax receipts to clients.
• Compile and forward accounting documents to local accountants.
• Prepare withholding tax certificates and forward to vendors.
• Track withholding tax certificates and ensure completeness.
• Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines and maintain calendars.
• Assist in reconciliations and liaise with internal departments and BPOs.
• Perform ad hoc admin tasks as needed.
