Job summary

Infobip Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Finance & Accounting Operations professional to support core financial processes, focusing on accounts payable, tax compliance, and financial documentation.

You will work with the Payment team across multiple countries, ensure timely processing, and maintain strong liaison with local accounting partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Payment team on payment monitoring and vendor invoice validation.
• Preparing and distributing electronic tax receipts to clients in compliance with country rules.
• Collecting accounting documents and forwarding them to local accountants.
• Preparing withholding tax certificates and sending to vendors.
• Tracking creditable withholding tax certificates and ensuring completeness.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external BPOs; supporting reconciliations.
• Performing ad hoc admin tasks as requested.

You'll be the backbone of accounts payable, tax compliance, and financial documentation, working closely with the Payment team and local accounting partners across multiple countries.What you'll doCollaborating with the Payment team on payment monitoring, vendor invoice validation, and document safekeeping.Preparation and distribution of electronic tax receipts to clients, ensuring compliance with the requirements of each country.Collating accounting documents, including vendor invoices, billings, proof of payments, customer invoices, etc and forwarding them to local accountants.Preparation of withholding tax certificates and forwarding the same to vendors.Tracking of creditable withholding tax certificates issued by clients and ensuring their completeness.Monitoring the projects and tasks calendar, and coordinating with the team to prevent any missed deadlines.Providing support to superiors in reconciliation of various financial informationEnsuring smooth communication with other internal departments and external BPOs and other institutions, and other as requested by your supervisorDoing ad hoc admin tasks as requested by your supervisorsWhat makes you a strong fitBachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance or relatedFluent English (spoken and written)Ability to work independently and collaborativelyEnthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challengesNice-to-have qualificationsPrior experience with multi-country tax complianceFamiliarity with accounting software or ERPsKnowledge of international withholding tax requirementsDiversity drives connectionInfobip is built on diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talents.
